Our first home is now officially for sale. It's the nicest & cleanest it has ever been which is ironic and slightly depressing. We're hoping it sells quickly [obviously], but we'll just have to wait and see. A group of realtors came through this morning for a "preview" and they thought the house had been professionally staged. Thanks HGTV! :)
