We are in the process of preparing the house to put it on the market. Besides the main tasks of cleaning, packing, and "staging", we are redoing the two bathroom floors. The original linoleum was starting to look pretty bad. Originally we were going to do ceramic tile, but because of time considerations we opted for vinyl tile. It doesn't look like a million bucks, but it's definitely an improvement.
